PinPocket subscriptions are billed and supported by ExagonSoft LLC. Because PinPocket is a SaaS product that delivers ongoing cloud services and collaboration features, we grant refunds only in the situations described below.
1. Free Plan
Our Free plan lets you explore PinPocket with limited features at no cost. No charges apply.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
- If you contact us within 14 days of the initial monthly charge and have used the service in good faith, we will provide a full refund.
- After 14 days, monthly payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer laws.
3. Annual Subscriptions
- Annual plans offer a discount for long term use.
- You may request a full refund within 30 days of the first annual payment if you are not satisfied.
- After 30 days, annual fees are non-refundable, but you may downgrade to a monthly plan at the next renewal to avoid future annual charges.
4. Downgrades and Plan Changes
- Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle. We do not prorate unused time when downgrading.
- Upgrades become active immediately. We calculate any difference and apply it to your next invoice.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@pinpocket.com with your account email, the charge reference, and the reason for the request. We respond within two business days.
6. Compliance with Local Laws
If local law grants you additional rights, we will honor them. Certain jurisdictions provide longer cooling-off periods, and we will comply when applicable.
